lovely terrace for some private el fresco relaxation, but its lack of views does nort make it great for entertaining

picture perfect terrace, the main direct living terrace has ideal dimensions, wide enough to dine amongst plants and long enough to have separate space for dining and lounging. all while enjoying a good view

excellent execution of an uptown direct roof terrace, with decent views from every direction. making it exceptional is the versatility with a flush pool on one side and a fireplace lounge on the other.

the indoor-outdoor fireplace is certainly a nice touch. one that you do not see too often. the view over park avenue is always a nice feature.

this nearly complete wrap around terrace has several useful areas, each of them perfectly curated to connect with he interior. once the vegetation is more mature, it will be perfect.

these views are amongst the best around the park. after all where else will you get the reservoir in the same shot as cpw and all of billionaires row. the dimensions also make it extremely practical.

if you are creative you might get a table on this terrace, but it might not be comfortable, the same for a lounging area.

generous space for entertaining with good views, but like all new development terraces, will need some effort to make it pop.

these terraces are all about soaking up the views of central park and midtown.

too small for anything beyond smoking or lingering. but the views will make it a favorite spot for those.
