in terms of layout, this terrace is excellent, but as a raw space, it is void of personality and work will need to be put in to make it shine.

this is all about the living room, as that one is likely to be spectacular in its grandeur. the rest of the apartment is difficult to judge. the terrace is nice, but access through the primary bedroom is not.

at 10 feet wide and over 30 ft long there is not much one cannot do for al fresco enjoyment, the views are perfect pleasant, although not stunning.
