small balcony-like terrace, just perfect to sneak in a smoke. being of a bedroom limits its practicality.

the layout and access to this terrace are excellent, making it an inviting setting for family dinners or small gatherings. the only drawback is that the neighboring building is relatively close, which does restrict some of the views.

this close to the river can get windy, but the width is good enough to get heavy furniture that will not blow away, the views are fantastic but planting might prove challenging.

two terraces, but only the direct living terrace has any practical value. as the living level terrace is too narrow.

without images it is difficult to figure what they are hiding, so based on the other terraces in the building, we will assume it likely has a great upside

lovely well decorated terrace, unfortunately, it is in the middle of the building with no views.

the views are simply stunning from this terrace, and make it quite unique. however that view comes at the expense of leaving you exposed to the wind,

the direct living terrace might not be much more than a glorified planting terrace, but the second level terrace is exceptional, with a very high cover that makes it easy to enjoy year around, end stunning views that go forever.

maybe not full central park views from everywhere, but the access and the general views are still excellent. (including some park views) the fencing might be slightly unusual in pictures, but not much of a distraction in person.

direct access from the kitchen is very desirable as it make for perfect summer dinner parties. the exposed brick wall makes for a perfect movie night.

what this terrace lacks in size it makes up for in warmth, the brick facade really adds charm to any terrace.

small hidden gem. access is a bit challenging, but once there the terrace is a fun place with a decent view of an architecturally elegant neighbor.
