the upstairs terrace is large enough to be really practical, but it has two serious negatives, it has no privacy from your neighbor, and you have to traverse the bedroom to get there.

the proportions of this terrace are very pleasant and will accommodate most uses.

the size number would suggest a more practical space than this really is. most of the space does not have the width to accommodate a lot of practical use, but the views are stunning, making it a great place to catch some rays.

great indoor-outdoor flow makes this terrace feel larger than its already comfortable dimensions. and the built-in kitchen rally helps.

direct living terraces do not come much better laid out than this with direct access from both the living room and the kitchen.

if this terrace is only half as good as the layout suggests, it will still be awesome.

in this layout the balcony will get more use as it is easily big enough for a comfortable chairs and even a small lounging area. but for larger scale entertaining the direct roof will be excellent,

well proportioned with a good overhang giving plenty of rain cover. this terrace will have a great view north toward midtown.

too bad the exterior does not match the interior. although the terrace has limited entertaining quality on account of access only through the bedroom, they still could provide a much better feel.

too narrow for anything beyond planting, but planting on a terrace of this size can really make the views from inside very pleasant, making this terrace a real plus
