decent vegetation an a nice decking, but without an ability to assess the views, it is difficult to judge this terrace.

the layout of this terrace is excellent, and all it needs to be a perfect place is some tlc and vegetation.

with these dimensions, this terrace has great potential, but is currently underutilized.

the only drawback to this near perfect terrace is that at this elevation the prevailing wind is strong, limiting the vegetation options, and possibly hindering your joy at times.
