great size and excellent excellent vegetation, make this a lovely respite. well worth the one flight of stairs.

this terrace feels like the grounds around the famous philip johnson "glass house".. it that was located in the middle of manhattan.

two terraces on two floors, unfortunately the terrace with the most practical dimensions is only accessible by traversing the entire primary, making it far less usable than the size and virtual staging suggests

not one, but two excellent terraces, the direct living terrace, with its large overhang is perfect for entertaining, while the living level terrace could be planted to create a privacy buffer.

terraces on both side of the living room give the home "glass house" feeling. the prewar feeleing of the surrounding loft building only adds to the charm

the terrace has the size, and proximity to the kitchen to be practical, it is well protected by taller loft building surrounding it, but as those are mostly commercial, it does not hinder privacy while still protecting it. personally i would put a brink pizza oven in one far corner and a built in charcoal grill on the other side with a large counter between and, get some vegetation.

stunningly landscaped terrace with exceptional views. this terrace also benefits from a wide open connection to the living room. all together this is fantastic.

currently not much of character, but the size is good enough for almost everything, and views are decent.
