this terrace has the dimensions of a balcony, but somehow will feel more comfortable due its construction

too small to be practical as a stand alone space, but perfect for opening the living space to the outdoor.

the only drawback to this near perfect terrace is that at this elevation the prevailing wind is strong, limiting the vegetation options, and possibly hindering your joy at times.

the almost square layout means a compromise between dining and lounging will need to be made, the terrace off the primary is pure joy
