this terrace has the unique combination of views of the skyline of the entire city, and practicality. most terraces with panoramic views are too elevated to be practical, this one is not.

the balcony above will give good rain cover, making this. great place to sit on a rainy day and enjoy the fact you are not in that traffic crossing the bridge
