the dimensions and views from this terrace are excellent, too bad that access is only though a common stairwell reducing its usefulness tremendously

too small for hosting events, but the intimacy of the the "courtyard" feel makes this a great spot for relaxation and reading a book.

the direct living terrace in this home is almost useless beyond framing your views with plants, but that is ok, as the direct roof terrace is very spacious and practical

despite having 500 exterior square footage, and fantastic access, these terraces have very limited practicality on account of their limited width.

this smallish terrace might not give you great vistas when seated, but being located in west chelsea you will get plenty of sky views. making this a comfortable place for some cozy r & r
