this perfectly adequately sized terrace has a decent view and easily accessible from the living room, making it a welcome place for retreat. the terraces in buildings of this age tend to be in a reasonable condition.

large terrace with water views.... this should be interesting. it is even large enough for gatherings. it could use some fresh interest, but the "bones" are great.
