exceptional outdoor spaces with great flexibility, and outstanding finishes. each of the two levels has more to offer than almost any terrace, together they are in a different stratosphere.

on the 12th floor this terrace is elevated enough to be reasonably quiet, making it a very comfortable spot to be. the dimensions and layout make it ideal for entertaining.

small private terrace tucked into the corner of the building. it has great privacy and quiet, at the expense of views.

lot of terrace space available, but the flow of it is disrupted by elevation changes that are not incorporated in the overall design.
