although the direct living terrace is more a balcony, the terrace off the dining room adds real optionality

most of this terrace is adequate, but it has some spots that are large enough to accommodate a dining table or sectional for lounging. in those spots it is hard to imagine spot to soak up the park.

at this elevation any terrace has limited practical use, when it is only 4-5 feet wide, it is useless and most people would never venture out there.

terraces of this size, combined with these views hardly ever come on the market, and when they are in a good condition like this they are not likely to stay on the market very long
