at this elevation any terrace has limited practical use, when it is only 4-5 feet wide, it is useless and most people would never venture out there.

size is decent for daily use and even small gatherings, but you will have to choose between lounging or dining furniture. the views are full of iconic buildings.

this terrace lacks privacy, and could benefit from some improvements, but on a whole still great to have this space readily accessible.

the terrace has is excellently connected to both the living and primary bedroom. and that is rare. the fact the building across the street (fit) is low also provides great privacy and views.

the one area that is wider that 4 feet increase the usability of this terrace substantially, the views are open adding to the draw to just sit and work out there.

terraces of this size, combined with these views hardly ever come on the market, and when they are in a good condition like this they are not likely to stay on the market very long

technically a terrace, but it feels like a balcony in terms of exposure, and size.

currently used more as an open-air storage space than a terrace, what a pity. but with a little vision it is not hard to imagine what this space could be.

the access; descending a metal stairs down one flight will be off-putting for some. the fact your neighbor surrounds your terrace on both sides means you better not pick a fight.

the terrace here is just large enough to be useful. however, to stand out feature of this terrace is the proximity to the tree. it is always a treat to be surrounded by vegetation, but when that vegetation requires no maintenance for you whatsoever is an absolute win.
