these terraces are clearly build around entertaining, with large area on both floors that can each accommodate large groups of guests. vegetation is exquisite

diamond in the rough, extra wide direct living terrace, not only doe the 13ft setback terrace, offer plenty of space to entertain, it also acts as a natural buffer for all the street noise.

this close to the river can get windy, but the width is good enough to get heavy furniture that will not blow away, the views are fantastic but planting might prove challenging.
