the direct living terrace is very practical, and easily accessible, and clearly got all the love as a result. the back "living level" terrace is hard to reach making it very impractical, views are mediocre from both terraces.

the layout and access to this terrace are excellent, making it an inviting setting for family dinners or small gatherings. the only drawback is that the neighboring building is relatively close, which does restrict some of the views.

this home has not one, but two loggias. these are practical as they give excellent rain cover, but they might not be able to everyone's liking the one right off. the living room is a bit on the small side and is really only therefore private use. the one on the upper floor has more practicality with the kitchen. the views are decent, but not extraordinary.

although a touch narrow for a full dining table, the terrace is plenty big enough for any use, and together with the good views, and the mature vegetation, this is a lovely terrace.

this terrace offers a decent footprint with a natural flow that extends the living space effectively. the existing mature vegetation provides an established, lush atmosphere that is difficult to replicate quickly. coupled with pleasant views and ample size, it represents a well-proportioned outdoor asset that feels both private and substantially integrated.

fantastic terrace in terms of size, the layout is not ideal unless you are an avid swimmer, as the best space of the terrace is exclusively for the pool. privacy is also currently an issue but that can be remedied bu planing a row of pine hedges.
