this terrace has decent dimensions, but the access through the primary, along with the fencing and the lack of views, will not give it the sense of privacy most buyers look for .

located in a cutaway in the building this terrace has shading from two floors higher. the views are great and varied with both river and amazing skyline views.

this terrace lack to vistas that some desire, but this low elevation does have benefits...primarily that is not too windy most of the time.

tucked in the back of tha building, with barely a 20 ft buffer with the next building, this is not a place for those seeking privacy. this place however has a perfect wall for projecting movies....

only accessible from the primary bedroom, this is not a good terrace for those who plan to entertain on it.

the upstairs terrace is large enough to be really practical, but it has two serious negatives, it has no privacy from your neighbor, and you have to traverse the bedroom to get there.

each of the two roof spaces are sizable enough to function as a terrace, but the fact they are currently completely disconnected from one another will make at least one of them obsolete.
