very cool space, and the reflecting pool certainly is a unique feature, but together with the hidden storage spaces it takes up half the terrace, leaving you with an elegant space to sit, but not a lot of space to entertain

the only drawback to this utterly charming terrace is that it is only accessible through the bedroom, and possibly its proximity to the brooklyn bridge which is at the same elevation here.

this terrace lacks privacy, and could benefit from some improvements, but on a whole still great to have this space readily accessible.

the location and access to the terrace are fantastic as is the size. the one drawback is that it currently has no view and the privacy fences are probably put up for a reason.

two terraces, spread over two levels, offer great flexibility, the only real problem is neither level has views to brag about.

this elegant roof terrace is proof of how much can be gained with great landscaping,

very cute wraparound terrace, maybe slightly wider than most terraces of this type, but still too narrow for much more than a bistro table.

with these dimensions, this terrace has great potential, but is currently underutilized.
