the river views make this small-ish terrace a pleasant place for relaxing. the narrow part is excellent for planters to direct the views where you want them, while the larger part easily accommodates a dining table.

this home has not one, but two loggias. these are practical as they give excellent rain cover, but they might not be able to everyone's liking the one right off. the living room is a bit on the small side and is really only therefore private use. the one on the upper floor has more practicality with the kitchen. the views are decent, but not extraordinary.

if outdoor entertaining is your thing, this is not a home for you. although you have two outdoor spaces to choose from, neither one of them is large enough to serve that purpose, and the larger of the two terrorists is only accessible through the primary bedroom.
