decent proportions and a lovely summer kitchen make this a great place, however it is not connected to the apartment.

this terrace has the unique combination of views of the skyline of the entire city, and practicality. most terraces with panoramic views are too elevated to be practical, this one is not.

if the terrace becomes as beautiful as the renderings, it will be stunning.

the partial cover make this terrace a very pleasant place with inclement weather. the views are very good, and the width will accommodate most uses.

this terrace has good dimension, but the primary bedroom access restrict its use somewhat.

the distant skyline views from the lower east side penthouses are epic, and this one follows that pattern. the space is there to be practical, but little has been done so far to make it welcoming.

the layout and connectivity of these terraces might be perfect, but that does not chance the fact that the views are serious hampered.

at just 7 feet wide some social activities will be q tight squeeze but that does not reduce the please one gets from entertaining or relaxing here.
