multiple terrace that work together to give the entire home fantastic indoor-outdoor flow with access to private terraces from every major room. the level of care these terraces have gotten, make it a true joy.

that copper dormer is doing a lot of visual work, and the wrought iron railings add period character you cannot buy new. a second level terrace at 400 square feet with 13 feet of width gives you real room to furnish, though the space wraps awkwardly around architectural elements. city and park views face out nicely, and the privacy reads as genuine. currently a blank slate, which is either opportunity or work depending on your saturday plans.

the direct living terrace is really all you need in this apartment. its generous size and easy access from the living room make it perfect for socializing. as lovely as the upper-level terrace is, it’s really just a bonus.
