the location and access to the terrace are fantastic as is the size. the one drawback is that it currently has no view and the privacy fences are probably put up for a reason.

seven hundred square feet of direct roof terrace at 19 feet wide, which puts this firmly in outdoor living room territory. the mature plantings are already doing the heavy lifting, the city skyline spreads out in every direction, and the whole thing looks ready for a party you did not have to plan. a true penthouse with room to breathe.

these are poor pictures of clearly a very good terrace. the dimension suggest that it is perfect to have a dining and a relaxation area while still having room for a vegetation to provide privacy where needed however, this image only shows a sad place.
