the view and the dimensions of this roof access terrace are very pleasant. the one issue with them always is as they are not directly connected to the apartment might be limited.

a direct roof setup with the graffiti hearts on the adjacent wall adding unexpected character. the decking is weathered in that lived-in way, two sectionals facing each other like a proper conversation pit. yes, the brick tower next door is watching, but at this height, who cares. room for six, maybe eight if everyone likes each other.

this well sized private roof is under appreciated and completely undeveloped, with some planning it could be a nice place with great views, although its overexposure will need to be dealt with. and access is a nightmare.

practical direct living terrace, with some unusual twists, making a joy to be on. the smaller balcony off the kitchen is noteworthy as a large sliding door, makes it on with the kitchen.

two distinctly different terraces offering different experiences. the seamless connectivity with the direct living terrace make it very practical despite its lack of width, but for real entertaining, one would use the direct roof terrace.
