each of the two roof spaces are sizable enough to function as a terrace, but the fact they are currently completely disconnected from one another will make at least one of them obsolete.

the terrace has the size, and proximity to the kitchen to be practical, it is well protected by taller loft building surrounding it, but as those are mostly commercial, it does not hinder privacy while still protecting it. personally i would put a brink pizza oven in one far corner and a built in charcoal grill on the other side with a large counter between and, get some vegetation.

the terrace dimensions and direct living room access are ideal. in this location, the seventh floor works in its favor — usable conditions without the view trade-offs that come with lower elevations.

currently mostly raw space, with decent views, and little in the way of obstructions.

the direct living terrace is really all you need in this apartment. its generous size and easy access from the living room make it perfect for socializing. as lovely as the upper-level terrace is, it’s really just a bonus.

the numbers suggest a better terrace than the reality, as it is too small in most areas.
