the terrace has is excellently connected to both the living and primary bedroom. and that is rare. the fact the building across the street (fit) is low also provides great privacy and views.

despite 500 square feet and seamless access, these narrow corridors fail the utility test. the loggia-style coverage adds seasonal practicality and weather protection, but can’t fix the physics of a slim footprint. splitting the space between living and bedroom levels just creates two protected, dry areas that remain functionally stunted.

accessible via building elevator, this is a well proportioned terrace that has not gotten the same level of attention or improvements as the rest of the apartment, that offers a opportunity to improve

two terraces, but only the direct living terrace has any practical value. as the living level terrace is too narrow.

small in size, but its connectivity to the interior space make this a useful space despite its size.

these are poor pictures of clearly a very good terrace. the dimension suggest that it is perfect to have a dining and a relaxation area while still having room for a vegetation to provide privacy where needed however, this image only shows a sad place.
