the size of this terrace is decent maybe even good and the condition of it is very pleasant. however it is difficult to see it being a practical place.

at 436 square feet, the footprint is substantial, but the fencing creates a "closed-in" backyard vibe rather than an open terrace. direct living room access is a win for flow, yet the total lack of enhancement leaves the atmosphere cold. it’s a spacious, private canvas desperately awaiting an actual vision.

this terrace has the layout to make it a great space for entertaining. however the current owners underutilized it.
